I started by helping my near by neighbors explore their options, from cutting their dependence on the local cable monopoly to hardwiring a garage converted into an office.

Experience and Understanding of the Problem

I have worked in various capacities in the Software and Computer Systems Industries since 1971, through many changes and evolutions. In some roles, I built unique solutions for end customers and others I assisted in the release of significant off the shelf software products used by commercial and government customers. In one of my recent roles, I was involved in the design and deployment of an internal "Cloud" framework, before Amazon or others provided any Cloud offering.
I have a track record of helping my customer to discover their requirements, as a partnership, and then work through what's needed to achieve that goal.
